Loading Gb roms

How can i upload gb roms to project 64 1.5 from my hard disk?
If not is there an emulator that supports that?
I want to upload my pokemon from pokemon gold in a gb emulator to pokemon stadium in project 64.

Huh? What do you mean? Project 64 is a N64 only emulator. You need a GB emulator for that, have a look at Visualboy Advance:

In the FAQ it says that i could do it with a third party plug-in

Use N-Rages Latest version of his Input plugin, get from download section.
