Would be very nice to see it ported, but not for that contest. We have previously declared the contest <a href="http://www.emutalk.net/showthread.php?threadid=13510">stupid</a> for several reasons (well a few of us), and I stand by my word. :)

Just read that XPort has attempted to port Project64, but since its based on plugins (which are not opensource) it might be bitchy.. well well.

Anyway, I think the contest is great in some ways..
Might speed things up a bit.. + the winner gets a lot of money, which NEVER is stupid!

- Project64 recompiler uses huge amounts of RAM and the A/V/I plugins are not open source.. probably better off porting something else.

- We have a rule against advertising here.

- The donors appear to include mod chip vendors, this plus several other issues raises ethical questions RE the use of the source code, for a discusion of this please read http://www.ngemu.com/forums/showthread.php?threadid=35568

If another Project64 team member wants this thread continued, please reopen it, othewise i'm closing it now.
