Looks good. I hope it will work on my comp. It only requires a Directx6 card, so theoretically it has to work with an ati rage pro (mighty is going to replace his geforce 2 by his old card and see if it works :P ).

of course it's going to be bigger after the big counterstrike hype, but doom is still the better game (please note 'doom' not 'doom3', only time will tell if doom3's gameplay is any good)

Counterstrike didn't give half life its game of the year fame for two years in a row. Counterstrike came way after the popularity of half life died down, then revived it again for yet another two years. In all honesty, I could care less if there was a new counterstrike for half life 2. Half life is simply the best FPS ever, extensive multiplayer mods or not.

well, I didn't say halflife was nothing without counterstrike, I really think counterstrike is all about camping and I kinda hate it, halflife is good though, but there is this big counterstrike hype and halflifes engine is outdated today, that is a fact that a lot cs fanatics don't seem to see

and what i meant was that i can't see how good the gameplay of an unreleased game is, not on screenshots, videos or engine demos, as I said before: only time will tell
