Currrently tryin to get the giant wallet but when I reach the ocean skulltula house, the guy is not there. I went on findin all the 30 skulltula on day 1 and went back to the room to find the guy and still he is not there.

I can't get out of the house due to the slope so I wrap to the owl status at the laboratory and went back to the skulltula house. The guy appeared but when I speak to him, he did not give me the giant wallet and keep sayin something like ... left 2 more days ....

Is it a bug or did I do anything wrong? Pls help.

you know that there isn't just 30 skulltulas in that house, right? You need *all* skulltulas in order to get your reward.

Huh?? All of the skulltulas is 30. Is there more then 30 skulltulas?

There is about 100 skulltulas in that cave.

What are you talking about? There are 30, not 100.

He should appear only after collecting all the Skulltullas, and only on day 1 does he give you the giants wallet. You need to hookshot up the slope, or Goron roll, I forget. You probably didn't get it because you warped out.

In the ocean cave, there's lots! And it's by getting all skulltulas in that cave that you get the giant wallet. You might also concider looking up gamefaqs for further info.

There's 30, the same as the other one. He found them all, he doesn't need GameFAQs. I'm pretty certain he screwed himself by warping out.

I happen just to have played that game on emulator and on the real thing and i *know* that there's more than just 30 skulltulas in the cave. Unless we're talking about diffrent caves.

Can't you just say "oh i'm sorry my mistake"? There are only TWO Gold Skulltulla "caves" in Majora's Mask, and BOTH have 30 Skulltullas, no more, no less, including the Oceanside one where you get the Giant's Wallet. Please double check yourself before saying you *know* something. :getlost:

Well then, someone here is wrong. I'm sure it's you, but I'll keep my mouth shut because it won't lead anywhere.
Issue covered.

*sigh*

Here's a quote from the "skulltulla house guide" on GameFAQs:
"If you manage to collect all 30 Skulltula tokens from this house, you will
receive the Giant's Wallet!"

It also lists how to get all 30, numbering each one. I would add other guides, but it's unnecessary.

Nice how you said you'll "keep your mouth shut," but threw in you were "sure it's me" who's wrong. :getlost:

Why not go and check for yourself instead of making misguided posts. This whole post is unnecessary, and for sure i'm finished with this discussion.

THANK YOU.

Nice to see I'm not the only one who notices this.

For EeeK: This is from Bedman's FAQ at Gamefaqs.com:

-*- SKULLTULA HOUSES -*-

Yep, it's those pesky Gold Skulltulas from Ocarina of Time, except this time, they're confined to two houses, the Swamp Spider House and the Oceanside Spider House. In each house, you must find 30 Gold Skulltulas, kill them, AND take their Gold Skulltula Tokens that they leave behind. Once you have all 30 tokens
return to the first room to get a reward.

{snip}

The Oceanside Spiderhouse requires the Goron Mask, the Fire Arrow, the Hookshot (duh) and it helps if you have the Captain's Hat (it gets you an extra piece of heart). You should also only do this on the first day, since you won't get any reward unless you do it on the first day. The reward? A Giant Wallet! Also, if you have the Captain's Hat, you can talk to the Stalchildren to find out what order to shoot the colored masks in room 4.B to reach a heart piece in room 5.B (POH = Piece Of Heart)"

You can find the rest of the walktrhough here:

Bedman's FAQ is the first one.

Good luck!
