plz help

im new to emulators and with certain roms i keep getting some major gfx corruption e.g trail effect, jerkiness etc. could someone plz tell what this is and also if possible how to stop it.
my pc specs are as followed

(CPU) 1-AMD Athlon™ XP 2200+, 1805MHz, 256KB (9% Load) .:. (RAM) usage: 168/512MB (32.81%) .:. (GFX) NVIDIA GeForce4 Ti 4200 with AGP8X, (Display) 1024x768/32bit/60Hz
(OS) Windows XP Home Edition (5.1 - 2600), (installed for) 3w 5d 21h 28m, (uptime) 1h 13m 2s .:. (HDDs) 65.4G/74.5G(87.8%) free

also im project 64 version(s) 1.5 and 1.4 thx in advance :n64:

wut roms are having the problems? cuz there are a lot of games out there that aren't fully emulated. that and wut plugins r u usin?

the roms that have problems are mario golf mario tennis resident evil 2 and i dont have ne plug ins cos i dont even fully understand what they are :holiday:

hm...well out of those i only have mario golf and it says it is emulated fine. didja try and restart ur comp? do u have any other roms that work fine? cuz it possible that the games that are messin up are bad roms.

yeah re started my comp also i downloaded mario golf twice from 2 different sites to rule out the possibility of it being a bad rom but its exactly the same :(

I think that you are very unlucky.:cry:
From all the existed roms you have downloaded the roms that
aren't currently suported. Go download other ones such as
Zelda, Mario,Goldeneye...

thats weird...cuz i have mario golf and it says its compatible

well it plays but on project 64 1.5 it has a really bad frame rate but on project 64 1.4 it has a really bad trail effect. i have no idea to correct this at all tbh :(

Mario golf has some speed problems and some gfx problems.
At least for me using a geforce 3 it isn't yet perfectly emulated :cry:

well if wut dr@mer said is right then those roms are bound to have errors with pj64. maybe another emu might not have those errors with these games? ^^; go look at http://olax.emulation64.com/ and u should find some screen shots of the games ur tryin to play and right beside it it says the emu that emulates it the best ^_^

If you haven't got the plugins requested from Olax homepage go download them from the plugins section of this forum ;)

[Doomulation]

Mario tennis works since pj 1.4. Enable force normal blending for better result. (Jabo's plugin).
