RomCenter and GoodN64

hello, I have a small question about the two programs in question.

RomCenter reports some roms as "unknown rom" but GoodN64 verfied them just fine and as good roms, whats up with that? is it a good rom or not?

i would think that if something verifies it, then it's good... i dont think that those programs have been updated in a while which could be why one does and the other doesnt recognize the file
