View Full Version : supported? i have current drivers yet mario party 3 still crashes on start up???

like i mentioned before mario party 3 crashes any suggestions?
my seetings are mostly default expect for antisphoric whatever u call it, also i tried putting normal blending on and what happens the thing crashes telling me project64 caused an error in project 64 .exe, am using win me my comp is pIII 256ram geforce 2 gts 32 mb nvidia drivers 23.11 and using an adaptoid and what not

It runs fine here, what version is the rom, have you checked it with GoodN64, what are your settings?

aside from sort independent anti-alising and using jabos input plugin i have everything else at default

I have the nForce 420D mobo with the latest drivers using Jabo's video and Audio, N-rage's input, anti-alais support, but it plays FLAWLESSLY. I dont think it has to do with the emu dude.

i can play it in 1964 (but then again it crashes at in story mode and plays fine in everything else

Mario Party 3 runs fine for me except the game freezes and only displays a white screen when the camera zooms into the picture when you hit start.
the 2 games that lock it up and give that problem are; Motor Rooter and the Vine Swinging mini-game (both are 1 vs 1 mini-games)
Geforce 256 64MB DDR (using latest nvidia Drivers)
640MB RAM
AMD Athalon 1.3Ghz

The rom is probably crashing 'cuz it's not a good rom.
Check it with Goodn64. Post back if u don't know how.
