app rom

I have just downloaded a rom "Super Smash Bros" and my computer considers it a application, on the version 1.3 i could run it but now that i've upgraded to 1.4 it will not show the file in the list of detected roms, is there anyway i can convert the file into just a regular rom file or maybe make pj64 read it?:pj64:

Download tool64 and convert it to a .v64 rom
