Is it possible? There is a SNES one at full speed, with lots of features that works on PS2. Same with NES, Gameboy, etc. I was wondering would that be possible? It would be nice if it is. The Snes emulator for PS2 was from the snes9x code.

if you wanted it to actually play games at a useable rate then no .. the others could be ported easily as they are just interpters, you would have to re-write the recompiler (which is what gives it's speed) for the system .. so simple answer is no

A port to XBox is more feasible, but the PC is much better at emulating mainly due to much faster processors.

Think for a second about the technology gap between the SNES and the N64. Then ask yourself the same question.
