If it says it needs a video plugin, there's only one thing you can do: write one. It's easy to do, all you have to do is type in the right code and the compiler will do the rest! So, get the compiler warmed up and have at it, Ackman! We'll be waiting for your new plugin.

Dark rift uses an unknown microcode, which is why it won't work. It doesn't work with any plugins atm.

Ackman, a compiler is a program that takes code such as C++ and translates it into low level machine language that's readable by the computer. Example your code might look like this:

PRINT "Hello!"
INPUT "What is your name"; n$
PRINT "Hello"; n$
END

When it is compiled it might look something like this to a computer:

1100011011010110111101101011110101001111 0010110001010111101010100001110101110101 ...... etc etc...

and YES i know the code i used was BASIC and not C++, so sue me :P
