i downloaded all the plugins i could find related to project64.
but it doesn't solve my pluggin problem.
project64 says a rom needs a pluggin with "lens effects".

does anyone knows where to find such a plugin?

Umm, lens effect is emulated since jabo's 1.4 plugin by using emulate clear. Some other effects, i might think if it says isn't emulated. There's no plugin for those effects.
There is for the lens of truth in oot, though.

thanks for the reply. i got the latest amulator, and plugins, still doesn't work. the game's perfect dark, if someone got this one runnin, can they tell me how?

I believe that the only plugin to emulate this effect are the TR64 plugins. Wait for a newer version of this plugin. While you wait, use Jabo's Direct3D6 1.5, as the game is most playable and accurate with this plugin, although the lens effect is not emulated.

Edit: Perfect Dark demands high system specifications. Below a certain level, the game may not even start. If you do have a recent system that is fast (1GHz+) with a new GeForce/ATI card, then it should work, unless its a bad rom.
