what is your desktop resolution?

that does that to some of my windows as well. Try going to Options>Configure Graphics Plugin> and then the windowed resolution setting, and play around with that until the screens fit. That might help. Also, that also might have to do that with what your computer resolution is, under display properties and settings when you right click your desktop.

...
well, I tried that, and nothing.
right when I had high hopes too.
my desktop resolution is 1280x1024 - 32 bit
and I also toyed around with p64 graphic settings also, but it remains the same. I even took off these windows styles~

The problem is you (or someone) has been playing with the desktop/property/Appearance settings. Change it back to the default or use a smaller face or a smaller point size.
Changing it back to the default is highly recommended. Changing those settings will screw up a lot of software. No idea why MS put that booby-trap in Windows.

Adjust your DPI to 96, go to Display -> Settings -> Advanced
