how can I configure my pad for Ultra HLE 2064,because for the moment it does not accept it ...I can only send signal with keyboard for configure the games key .

Depends on the input plugin. Usually, there's something that's named as "gamepad device" or similar, where you can select your gamepad. Then, you may configure the keys to the gamepad.

Err, please try to read the readme file with the emulator before attempting to use it. It should (hopefully) answer your questions regarding input plugins.
