I had captured the video of how controlling in UltraHLE and controlling in PJ64 with its best input plugin... Notice the different, I hope PJ64 can be controlled as well as UltraHLE.
UltraHLE:

Notice the movement of the cursor. When the button is pressed and hold, the cursor moved slowly first and then accelerate. So it can reach high speed as well as making slight movement by tap the button WITHOUT movement modifier.
PJ64:

Notice the movement of the cursor. It move deadly and jump a big gap between each movement. Accurate movement can only be done with movement modifier, which is more troublesome.
I hope you can get what I mean... Oh btw, the video is 640*480 30FPS DivX compression. If the download did not worked, just copy the whole URL and it should work.
