im about to buy a GeForce 2 plz help

ya im going to buy a Geforce 2 Titanium and i was wondering are they good(well thats all i here u guys talk about)on a scale from 1-10 how good are they for roms

I have a GeForce 2 Ti and it plays everything(that PJ64 isn't known to have speed issues with) flawlessly. I have an Athlon XP 1900+ pushing the card, all of my roms worked fine with the card and Athlon 1.4ghz before I upgraded my CPU. On a scale of 1 to 10 I would give it a 10 because it is an excellent performer at an excellent price. Honestly there are not many games out that even take full advantage of a GeForce 3(even though it is nice to have 1 for future games that are fully DX 8 compliant) so buying a GeForce 2 isn't a bad desicion if you are out to save $$$ right now.

I bought the 64mb ddr Geforce2 ti for £100 and I am happy with it as along with my 1.4ghz athlon tb I have no trouble with speed as far as PJ64 goes and am able to run the latest games like RTCW and AvP2 at full settings smoothly.

As far as gaming performance, I'm highly impressed, beutiful and stunning are adjectives which come to mind.

However, I'm having a major problem (which seems to have gone away thanks to the kind help of varios members of this DB) so all in all, it's a wonderful card now.

Just curious, but what are you upgrading FROM?
