Perhaps I'm wrong, but in the three gods cutscene,
the clouds are 16bit.

I have enabled the 32bit option.

Are they supposed to look like this?

I have a celeron 1G and a GeForce2 PRO, SB Live and Windows XP.

if the textures are 16Bit the textures are 16Bit even if the display has 32Bit Colour, just like watching Black/White Movies on a ColourTV wont give em more Colours.

Oh! I see...

So the 32bit option is for 8MB games? ???

no the 32bit option is to give the emulator effectively unlimited range, avoids unnecessary banding. It actually gives better resolutions than the N64 has, but when you're looking at a plain 16bit texture there nothing anyone can do about that like N-Rage says.
