Yer specs are too low. You need to try a faster emulator like 1964.

Use eVoodoo & Glide64. Speed it up with the tip below & use azimer's old 0.3 sound. And disable rsp.

glide 64 does not appear in the plugins selection. evoodoo works but what does it do to the emulator.

eVoodoo is needed to use the Glide64 plugin.
Extract Glide64 to your plugin-directory. Extract eVoodoo to your windows\system directory.

In win9x, it's: C:\Windows\System
In 2k or xp it's: C:\Windows\System32

WinME is part of the Win9x family - so do what he said for Win9x.

ok. i just one more question. do you have your emulators in windows directory? because i created a directory with my name and i have every emulator in there. all my downloaded files go in there. another question i have a paper that says voodoo and has picture of a winzip file. when i open that peaper a thing appears and says add on the top. what do i do with that thing.

1st: You shouldn't put stuff in your windows-directory. You can do it, but i don't recommend it.
2nd: What is this "paper" and what are you going? :/ I'm lost.
