I have some problems with these versions of the emulator for n64....when i try to load the golden eye, mario kart, zelda and mace the dark ages roms......the system crashes and i have got to reboot..i have read the compatibiliy file and it says these games are ok for m,y version of project 64.

I can not use a higher emulator because my system is not powerfull enough...but the specifications for n64 pj64 version .12 says that minimum requirements are pentium 43 to 600 Mhz..my pentium is 3 to 700 Mhz with 64 mb ram i do not know if this will be any problem for lower versions of pj64..(i can not use the 1.5 version because games run too slowly )..but i thouthgt i could play them with version 1.2 ..the only game it works know in my computer the mario 64..Can someone help?..

It's you Ram. Use 1964, maybe this emulator does work with 64 mb ram.

You can try to use ultrahle 2064 ( www.ultrahle2064.com ) or ultrahle alpha ( alpha.emulation64.com ) too. These emus run good on 64 mb ram.

also 1964 is about 15-20% faster with good compatibility

Although they do not have as much compability as 1964, but they are still worth to try out.
