Shadows of the Empire config?

Hey, Im trying to get SOTE for 64 to work. I have a 450 mhz PIII w/ 96 mb, and a GeForce4 w/ 64MB ... And I have heard that Project 64 and 1964 are the best bet. What does anyone here think? As in plugins, etc? Thanks

Besides the known issues, everything should work reasonably well with default settings, default plugins. Are you saying that the game doesn't work? I wouldn't expect much anyway given your specs. 1964 may be the better choice as, I am told, it performs better on lower-end machines.

thanks for the input.. however, i seem to get a constant flicker with just about every plugin i try. any options i should disable/ able? I've tried Jabo's plugins and some other Open GL plugins as well. Thanks

I have a 333 Mhz processor with nvidia card and after you get into the first level anyway it stops flickering and is very playable...

You have to wait awhile for it to load though...
