DirectX 9.0 Problem Resolved!!!

When you install DirectX 9.0 make sure that you uninstall and reinstall Project 64 and get rid of it from the registry too. Once this is done you can play roms at full speed again. Hell it even gives you a little bit more performance power.

I gave this user ample amount of time and warning in order to remove the rom link from this post (I sent him a PM also to advise him of the rules). He has failed to do so, so for the moment I have stealth banned him. Thought it was the best thing to do in order to hide the link so the PJ64 mods can remove it.
