it says "bad rom? check with goodn64....." and i checked it and it still says that and it versoin (U) (M2) (v.1.0) [f1][h1] (cartname) and its CRACKED

indeed, it is invisible...
anyway, you have a bad rom thats not supported... try patching it with one of the Bad2Good Rom patches available at <a href=http://www.smiff.clara.net>Smiff's site</a> under <b>Utilities for ROMs</b>.
One of the patches is for "Diddy Kong Racing (U) (V1.0) [f1][h1] (cartname)" which is similar, but not your rom exactly (no M2). It can't hurt to try.
