I have two questions about technical errors.

1. Why do I keep getting certain roms that are covered in black for some parts. I have tried playing around with the settings, but lots of games are just completely black like this one

2. I have a GeForce 4 Ti 4400 P4 1.6 ghz, I was wondering if there were any plugins or things I can do to maximize playability for my system, thanks!

Does matter if it's jpeg or not? Anyways, the pic is just of the kirby opening screen, the character models are there, but the rest of the stuff is black. It happens in lots of games, such as Kirby, DDR, Yoshi Story, Dr. Mario, and others. I'm also having graphiclal glitches in conker and chameleon twist.

Yes it does. Simply put, not everyone has a highspeed Internet connection - and not everyone on a slower connection will have the inclination to wait for a large BMP image to download.

Just convert it to Jpeg, you know it makes sense.

yoshi's story: needs newest jabo's.
dr mario: has issues afaik.
