I you see my specs, do you recommend to install dx9 beta or does my computer crash after installing directx 9 beta?

i runned it on my previous comp it whas an amd k6-2 350MHz with a voodoo banshee 16mb so it will run fine

Does anyone know when it's going to be released in final form? I wanted to read the SDK (couldnt find any 'bootleg' copies)
