The amiga version, the DOS version, even the Lemmix DOS remake all have the same problem. After you unpause (whether by hotkey or clicking), there is a 3 second delay. You can't click anything in this three seconds. Lemmings becomes virtually unplayable if you can't unpause and click fast. I'm using a Win7 laptop.
