The rom still bug at velva boss. in the 1,5 jabo plug in the screen was black at that moment now is just all mess up. i try others plugins but other problems came up like invinsible reticule my specs are 1gig ram GeforceFX 5500 2,8Ghz. can something be done?

I'm sorry, but the only way I know is to force "filter rendering" in the Video plugin's setting tab (don't forget to disable "hide advanced settings"), as far as I know... Id est that's how I did

yah, it's fixed in the 1.6+ plugin i think.

Yeah I have the lastest version, the 1.6, and its still buggy well it's pretty much unplayable. I'll have to wait 'till a next update probably

In fact, for this boss, the screen turn in black, but the game is still emulated... it is comparable with the moment when concker has a hangover in "conker bad fur day"

Well i have a screen shot of what happen when the boss finaly appear. well the sound stil playing and now... i see the reticule but thats all cant even see the boss

You should also give the native save, I think...
Sometimes, games are freezing with only a quicksave.

The problem is caused by some frame buffer effect. Use latest Rice or Glide64 Wonder++ to bypass it. Glide64 does not work well with default settings. I have changed Glide64 ini file to fix this problem (see attach). It works well now, but with hardware frame buffer emulation only. Your GeforceFX 5500 should run it without problems.

Rice pluging work great but its kind of hard to play without the tri rocket aim and some other and i cant find a way in that plugin to show the aim. glide works only on voodoo card ? i already try to use it but it wont work i dont realy know how that " evoodoo" works. well a supose the glide creator will help on working on his pluging

Glide will work on all cards with sufficient OpenGL capabilities thanks to Glide wrappers. Use hactarux's wrapper as it works best with Glide64.

i feel a bit dumb after reding the home page of the glide plugin lol .. it works but still the aim dosnt appear i think ill never be able to pass throught that boss i wonder why the aim is so buggy with many pluging execpt the one shipped with PJ64

I have the same problem...

At least in my case, the "filter rendering" activation thingy, didnt worked...
so i had to use the Rices Video Plugin 1.6 and the Vela Boss appeared, but there were a problem, the aim was there, but it like creates a image of itself and when i was like at the middle of the boss the whole screen were green, i could see trough the green shade and aim perfectly because the real aim was a lil bit more greenish than its fake copy, yhea it was tough to fight with a green boss =P

however, when i killed it i changed to the default plug in the Jaboo3D8 one and when i was with Lupo, in the Stage of the pyramid, there, you have to enter a place where you have to use the NightVision Googles, so i put them on and the same problem was there,
i will put a screen and the Save State so u can try to help me.

Now i tried again with the Rices Plug in but it was the same, is there any solutions for me?

By the way, it runs perfect with the Xbox360 Controller , and if u want a Save state after beatin the boss, just lend me ur Save state, i'll kill him and inmediatly and give it back to you so you could see when you...

Ok, now i can play at fullspeed nice color and im happy!
however... the solution was the lide 64 plugin, i tried all of them so search urself with every plug in that should work!

or at least it worked 4 me

i have the Ati 9550 card, and it looks awesome

have you tried d/l 1.6plugin again from another site? (Jabo's Direct3D8 1.6) works perfectly fine on my pc
