I was wondering if anyone could tell me where I can get some docs about coding stuff to control the CD ROM in windows. (E.G forcing it to do things that it normally wouldn't) (Preferably in C)

Move all the buttons in the top right to below the emutalk logo. Every VBulletin that I have set up I did this first because it actually looks a lot better.
