Any huge updates with chankast? I haven't seen anything on the web so i thought i would go straight to the source.

I was a huge fan last year when i got my hands of the first ver. of Chankast. I was part of the 80people who would fill these forums and talk for hours on end. I loved when they would release beta after beta with fixes to improve the emulation experience. But that was a year ago. I respect the...

I heard they quit working on this emualtor and i was wondering if anyone was going to pick up the project and keep updates commin. Thanks for any insight.

Will chankast become COmpatble. Im just saying its based on dreamcast and when new cards come out with they still run Chankast EMulator?

Wondering if this is the best emulator out as of now. I tried using project 64 or something like that and i dident care much for it. Whats your guys thoughts?

Is this true. I have heard rumors that Chankast emulator is not longer going to be updated. It had a good run but the dreamcast is just a system people can hack. Oh well the hype on the chankast emulator was almost dead anyway.

Well chancast ever be able to take advantage of the old sega dreamcast internet servers? Also i read some info that the opened the dreamcast servers once again after they closed them(does anyone know if this true?) Thanks to all for the info and insight. :bouncy:

i dont get it. i have cannon spike and it ran on all the version of the emulator expect the new v0.25. does anyone know why. i tried different settings and everything but i cannot get it to go. I love this game please help :bye3:

Does anyone know if the prodction of a (jap) gameboy ds is in the making? Also have they released a date for which the gameboy ds well be released in the us.

Why is it that when i load cannon spike that the fps limit in the corner is #/30 instead of #/60 like in all my other games? Is there a way to change this so i can get the game to run faster? :bouncy:

What do you guys here find to be the best settings for this emulator. Name the game, the settings used(they can include settings using chankast toolz 0.2) and the fps achived. (Please if possbile tell your pc specs as well.) Thanks to all who post. :bouncy:

I read that someone changed the firmware on a normal cd rom and made it so it can read gd-roms. my question is... i got a extra external cd-r that hooks up through the usb port. now does any one know how and if it is possible to change the firmware on it to make it read gd-rom games. Thanks.

What do you guys find to be the best settings for MVC2 this includes using chankast toolz 0.2. I found that if you love sh4overclock to 88, put the prioirty up above normal, select capcom hack of course, and put speed pig about 3/4ths from the right i get fps of 50 or a little under. What do...
