Games running really slowly (Not lag, but as if it was slow motion)
I'm trying to play Mario Galaxy and Dolphin is running incredibly slowly, as if it was in slow motion. Even when holding tab. And when I try to set a hotkey to increase emulation speed, it doesn't let me. It just makes that windows sound. It's practically unplayable, and nobody's helping.
