finding the xdefault file in linux

What's that...?
malcom, this is one you could probably answer, where can i find the xdefault (or is it xdefaults?) file? i need to edit it for a certain theme, but have no idea where it can be found, do you know? anyone else who could help would be great too. thanks

dunno where it is but i know how to search a file easily in command line (maybe there's a graphic tool but i don't use it)
"find / -name xdefaults -print"
This is a very powerful command it has many options :)

mandrake has a nice file search program, main menu -> what do i want to do? -> find

i donno where it actually is though :(
