Direct X 8.1

A new upgrade is available and I was wondering if it was compatible with PJ64 1.3 and 1.4 beta.



System 1:
Intel Pentium III 850 Mhz
NVidia Geforce2 Go
Windows ME
128 Megs Ram

System 2:
AMD 650 Mhz
Voodoo 2 Video Card w TV out
Windows 98
128 Megs Ram

lol, heh i got windows xp, which come with dx8.1 and i have no problems at all with pj64 1.3 i don't have the beta thoughlain:

I also have WinXP and have no complaints about DirectX 8.1 in combination with PJ64 1.3.

I don't know about the 1.4 beta but I think it will run just as good as 1.3 does in combination with DirectX 8.1

I had to redo some audio and video settings (like standard FSAA quality for Direct3D......)

I've had major geometry problems with dx8.1 and the dx7 port, which I haven't figured out yet (GeForce1)
