yeah, how can you ban somebody with a dynamic ip?

If you ban an IP range though, don't you ban everyone from that particular ISP?

Not so bad with AOL users though I must admit... apologies to anyone non-lame who uses AOL.

I cant ban by IP anyway, I can only Ban by username and that doesnt prevent them from re-registering. Only Admins can ban by IP.
