How can i change Savestate Language

ok i haved the older version from Zelda (U) and played many hour's with PJ64, my question is i played now the Zelda (E) version for Europe (i'm from Germany)with the old-new Savegame, all Language is in English, 1) can i change my Zelda (1.2 E) version the Language to German 2) when yes can the thame to with the old Savegame (english) to change with EDITOR to GERMAN Language !!!????






My Spec's:

AMD XP 1.800+
512 MB RAM
MSI Geforce4 4600TI 128 MB

PJ64 NEW 1.5 !!!
