wcw/nwo revenge black screen layer problem

when i try to play wcw/nwo revenge on p64, all i can see is a black screen, the sound goes, but there is no video. in the emulator, i guess info screen, it says:

status: needs video plugin
notes(default plugins): covered by black layer

i am very new to n64 emulation, so could someone tell me how i could fix this problem?

any help would be greatly appreciated,

i can see!!!!!

if in p64, you run revenge, then open up one of the menus, file, system..., then quickly run your cursor left and right along the different menus quickly, you can see behind the black wall. i am dead serious. could this be an indication on how the problem could be fixed?

thanks smiff, it worked like a charm. i love wcw/nwo revenge, and when i saw that it wasnt working, i was devestated. too bad, you werent able to see the look on my face when it worked. i would describe it as unrestrained, uncontrolled glee. i dont think i can say thank you enough.
