Anyone know of any good vga-boxes for gamecube? I've been looking around and found this one:

BUT its says: and convert it into RGB output for any VGA monitor.
wtf? someone help me on this, i thought gc couldn't do RGB output, at least the US and JAP models of the gc, i was just wondering if this was real or if anyone knew any othe good vga boxes for gc
