User specific searches

I don't know if this is already possible, but I tried to screw around with the site and I couldn't do it.

Is it possible to bring up a listing of the threads that I have either started or replied in? I mean just those and no others. I noticed that the logo shows which ones I have posted in, but is there a way to go straight to them like when you have a shortcut to "View recent posts"
Could you have a shortcut like "View Rocketman_mab's active threads" You know like user specific.

By the way if this is already possible just write it off as newbieness.
