I just downloaded VPW2 and it is in a different laugage. I got my emulater set on English but the game is still in a different laugage. Why is that am I doing something wrong?

its spelled Language and translation.
You probably downloaded the Jap, or Korean rom version. It's not the emulator displaying a different language, its the game itself.Quitters never Win, Winners never Quit; but those who never Win and never Quit are generally banned EmuTalk members.

The translations found within the emulator is translates the emulator ONLY.
To translate a rom, you need to download other patches and patch the rom.Atashi wa juu-yon-sai no onna no ko! Atashi no namae wa Miizuki. Yurushiku ne!
Nani? Atashi o shinjirimasen desu ka? Baka!
