Can't get textures to work on 2.3

I want to use the Nicolas Cage texture pack for Majora's mask, but it won't work. I've followed the instructions that it gave me, but I keep on getting the same error code. Does anybody know how to fix this?

Ram issue try patching your emulator instructions found in my signature. Also what video plugin are you using?

Nevermind i fixed it by running it in compatibility mode.
