Demu v0.7 black areas blinking

Hi! I'm having a strange problem while playing F1 Grand Prix II on demul 0.7.
When i run the game in 4:3 format video the vertical black areas blink.

Do you know if I can fix that?

do you manually switching in fullscreen using Alt+Enter or use "Start in FullScreen" option ?
which GPU you use ?

issue persists even with fullscreen.
my GPU is Intel HD graphics 530
