    Possible Wince bug?

I've been messing with Resident Evil 2 has the DC version has always been my favorite anyway vibration is always set to off and won't let me turn it on. I assume its a Wince bug possibly? Vibration works in other games including Resident Evil 3 which isn't a Wince game. Anyone else have this issue? Thanks!
