Initial D Arcade Stage 3: Pedal issues

So I have a Thrustmaster TX Leather wheel with three-pedal setup, and I've got the game working almost perfectly. I have the wheel working with 300 degrees of rotation, and the brakes work fine, however the throttle is having issues. No matter what I do, I can't get the thing to not send a signal to the game constantly. Simply put: The game thinks I have my foot to the floor on the gas, even if I'm not touching the pedal at all. The brakes work fine, however as soon as I stop braking I start accelerating again without touching the throttle. Does anyone know how to get this fixed?
