Questions about ripping models (surprise!)

(This applies to a few emulators)

I read the sticky'd thread, and it is 12 years old. I am trying to follow this video:

As it seems to be the most current. One of the steps is, make a folder called VRML in the C drive. On my computer, my main, and only hard drive is H. Does this matter, or rahter, does it have to be C, because, when I go to 'export VRML' in the emulator while paused, it doesn't do anything. No crash, no dump, no thing at the button, nothing. However, if I unpause with the box for export VRML checked, it will crash. I'm testing this out with SM64, but I'm hoping to rip the level models from Rayman 2 eventually (but getting that to display correctly with this plugin is another battle :p). Any help is greatly appreciated.

If anyone has any insight, or a more detailed, newer tutorial, that would be immensely helpful. I have Blender, Milkshapes3D, Python, 1964, and PJ64 with Lemmy's plugin for both, but I'm just noobing out, I guess, cause I can't get it to work.
