Marvel vs. Capcom 2 Demul Netplay?

This is one of those Dreamcast games that was never truly remade to Arcade standards on other consoles. Unfortunately, the netplay for this game has been completely unplayable for me and the rest of the MvC2 community. Controls just go wonky the moment netplay starts up. Does anyone have a fix for this issue?

We really want this game to be playable online. Demul devs, if you're reading this, please help make this a reality. Thanks!

Its in Russian language but they speaks English as well. They did came here sometimes but its safe to ask them over there for the better answer to your question.

You need have the same settings in bios region and the same rom, and emulator version. I can play in kaillera fine.
