Latest version DEmul x86 180816 not found

Anyone knows what's the matter with the latest version DEmul x86 v0.7 Alpha BUILD 180816, I cannot download,

Yeah, it is down but I found one available in Demul's in Russian forum site instead. Its working. Here:

I noticed that, too, but was able to find a working direct link in the Russian forum. Go there, and click on the first post (WIP). Then go the the last page (9) and the direct link is the last post on the bottom.
