Unknown Memory Action Error in Ocarina of Time

I recently just got back into using Project 64, Had no issues previously when running all kinds of games. I had updated to Version 2.2 and decided to playthrough Ocarina of Time again, and now at the beginning of the game right when you finish fighting Gohma and enter the portal to leave the Great Deku Tree, it gives me an error of "Unknown memory action Emulation Stopped". I have tried everything I myself can think of, I scoured forums looking for answers and haven't found anything that has fixed my issue. I have gone through about 3 different GFX Plugins and ended up just using the PJ64 version of Glide64. Just to add, My plugins are: Glide64 2.0.0.5, Azimer's HLE Audio v0.56 WIP 2, N-Rage Controller Plugin and RSP Plugin 1.7.0.13 and have both Graphics and Audio HLE enabled.

Hopefully someone here can help as I have literally no clue on what else I could do.
