How to extract htc files?

Hi guys,

I downloaded the "Djipi Zelda OOT 2014" texture and it's came in htc format, not in folders.
I need to access the .png files in the package to put a .png there.

I tried this tutorial (www.emutalk.net/threads/55257-GUIDE-Extract-dat-Glide64-Texture-Packs?highlight=extract+dat) but it is lacking information.

I could extract the files but cannot load the .png textures in Project 64, anyone know how?
