Error while booting games

I get an error when I try boot a game in the Demul emulator which reads:" Error! (HRESULT = 887a0004) create Device And Swap Chain Failed ".
I have DirectX 11 installed and my graphics card is NVIDIA GeForce 9500 GT. Please help!

you need to "install" some money into PC hardware shop and get some DirectX 11 capable graphics card.

Just because you have DirectX11 installed doesn't mean that your graphics card supports DirectX11. As far as I know the 9500 GT only supports DirectX10.
