SSF is a Sega Saturn emulator for Windows systems using DirectX 9.0b. The current version claims near-complete implementation of the Sega Saturn hardware (not counting emulation bugs), and can emulate the Saturn based Sega Titan Video arcade hardware too. As with most emulators, CDs or disc images are not included and have to be owned separately. The BIOS is also not included; as of 0.07 Beta R3, games run without the BIOS however. The usage of BIOS files is optional but recommended for better compatibility, and needed for tasks such as management of the contents of the internal memory of the Sega Saturn, or setting the system clock.

Unknown changelog.

Unknown change log.........man why do I even bother.

The last Test Version from September 2015 had broken VSync (The pause menu in Dracula X looked awful) and you could not choose Billinear filtering at all and this is still broken in this Test Version.

Lack of communication and not being able to provide feedback is making me wanna pull my hair off.

Ver0.12 beta R4 from 2013 is the last working version for me.

I've been using SSF since 2006/2007 and I have never ever seen a change log for it, but seeing as he/she only releases Test Versions these days that are broken, I would really like to know what's been changed.

You know, there is actually a more recent Test Version out (2016-03-28)

http://www.emucr.com/2016/03/ssf-test-version-20160328.html

and guess what...........change log unknown.

Still broken VSync and Billinear filtering.

I really wish I could report this to the author.

I know.. That's why I didn't added it because of unknown changelog. Therefore, it is a test version. It would be nice to report this to the author. Its difficult to get ahold of him.
