NAOMI 2 Vertex Cache" option?

This might be a stupid question but the release notes say:

23.09.2015 UPDATE
- added "NAOMI 2 Vertex Cache" option, disabled by default, enable it if you have ATI/AMD GPU only.
- fixed AMD-specific texture glitches in many games (Shenmue II, ECCO, HotD2, etc)
- several optimizations

I can't find this "NAOMI 2 Vertex Cache" option in the GUI or .ini files. Am I missing something?

The option is in the gpuDX11ng configuration window. "N2 Vertext Cache (not NVIDIA)"
