Issue with Harvest Moon (screen shot included)

So I've been really enjoying the emulator a ton but my favorite game has a weird glitch the screen is only a partial (I am a total newb to this stuff) I've included a screen shot and I did update the plugin but I don't know what else to do. Any help would be great
