Having trouble running Sega's Nascar Arcade in Hikaru

Hi everyone, I'm having issues trying to run this game. I've got all the bios files downloaded, the game rom everything, and when I try and fire the game up in Hikaru, I get a message saying "unable to find 315-6146.ic45 in romset 'mie'" But I have that very file in the roms folder ready to go. Is there something else I'm lacking or what do I need to do to try and make it work? Any questions, comments and suggestions will be greatly appreciated. Thank you all so much.

It runs on the DX11 plugin, but the framerate is slow
Not my place to say, but you might want to consider getting a DirectX12 compliant videocard

Is 315-6146.ic45 actually in a romset named mie.zip or just as is in the roms folder?

Just grab the Hikaro bios from *************

Mod edit: No romsites, please.

315-6146.ic45 is not part of the Hikaru BIOS set. He needs the proper mie.zip
